The products on this website only support delivery in EU countries (except Iceland).

Free Shipping Policy

We will ship to European countries (except Iceland) free of charge if the order value exceeds 45 EUR.

If the shipping address is in Iceland, we need to charge at least 80 EUR for shipping.

We also offer international express shipping for an additional fee if you want fast delivery. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need it.

Order preparation

Processing Time (Only the order preparation. Not include the shipping time and deliver time): 7-14 working days.

Some customized lamps will need more preparing time. After we ship your order, we will send you a detailed shipping information email, including the tracking number and query website.

Delivery time

The delivery time we mentioned is only an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.

And the stock levels are indicated on our website based on stock levels that we receive either from our own or the manufacturers warehouse. Stock levels can change quickly. Even though we indicated In stock on our site, it doesn't mean that the product is actually in stock. By the time of order placement, the item may be sold.

Please do not schedule an electrician based on stock levels and delivery time indicated on our site. Only when the item arrives, the electrician should be scheduled.

Compensation for late delivery

If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Incorrect item received

All shipments with items that were received incorrectly or in error have to be reported to us within one week after delivery was made. We have to get notified by email if the item is no matching your order.

We are unable to accept any claims after one week of delivery of the goods. In the event of the delivery of an incorrect item, mojlife shall reserve the right to provide the correct product within a period of up to 8 weeks after delivery of the incorrect item.

Mojlife will pay for all shipping cost to provide a pickup the new product. If the client does not want an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and restock fees will apply of up to 35%.

Wrong address

In the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, and when the package has been returned by the relevant parcel service, the shipping costs will be recovered from the customer (not per table above). The price of the ordered items will be returned when Mojlife has received the ordered items back. Mojlife will contact you to inform you when the ordered items have been received.

Cancel orders

You can cancel an order that has not been shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed unless it is a special order or customized product.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.All customized products for you cannot be canceled once the order is placed.

All cancellations must be made in email and confirmed by our customer service. We reserve the right to deduct a cancellation fee to subsidize the shipping fee once the order is shipped. If an order was shipped and never canceled, the client is responsible for any outbound and return shipping charges.

Refused shipments

If an order has already been shipped and is being refused by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of returning the product as well as any restocking fees. If the product cannot be returned to the sender ( for example: if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the merchandise), no refunds can be given in such a case.
