• Products on this site can be shipped to most countries. However, it should be noted that the weather in Iceland is complex and the shipping time is slow, and we have to charge at least 80 euros for shipping. Free Shipping Policy

The shipping process (in business days) is as follows:

  Once we receive your order information, we will process the order:

• Order preparation may take 2 to 10 business days. Some custom lamps will require more preparation time. After we ship your order, we will email you detailed shipping information, including tracking number and query website.
• Please ensure you provide a detailed delivery address (street number is required). Otherwise, our customer service will inform you. This may delay shipping.
• Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and query location.

After the customer pays the fast shipping cost (including Hong Kong EMS, Fast Shipping, fedex and others fast shipping methods), if it has been shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery time

• The delivery time we mentioned is just an estimate and mainly depends on the shipping time.
• And stock levels are shown on our website based on the stock levels we receive from our own or the manufacturer's warehouse . Stock levels can change quickly. Compensation for late delivery

• If the goods are not delivered on time, we very much regret your delayed receipt of the goods and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the delayed compensation of the goods. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Wrong Address

• If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address and is returned by the relevant package service company, you will be responsible for shipping costs (not as per the table above). We will contact you upon receipt of the returned order and refund the order amount.

Reject package

• If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product and any shipping costs. If the product cannot be returned to the sender (for example, if the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the item), a refund is not available.

How can I choose Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD) shipment?

• First, you need to confirm whether the item is in stock by Fastest Shipping (DHL or DPD). Please note that for the same product, its inventory will vary depending on the different SKUs. For more details, please refer to the product page.

• The possibility of tariffs may only exist when the maximum side length of a package is greater than 60 cm. Generally, this possibility is around 5%.
• If you do so, we will be responsible for 20% of this amount.
